Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement and project scope
These terms apply to digital strategy, design, development, search visibility, automation, AI and app services provided by Aurilia Digital (“Aurilia”, “we”, “us”). A project begins when the scope, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule and responsibilities are confirmed in writing. We work from the agreed scope; material changes may require a revised estimate and timeline.
2. Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, and content they own or are authorised to use. Delays in access, assets or approvals can affect delivery dates. The client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims, pricing, regulated statements and customer data used in their systems.
3. Fees, deposits and payment
A deposit is required to reserve project time and begin work. Remaining balances and any instalments are due according to the written proposal or invoice. Work may pause if an agreed payment is overdue. Any taxes, third-party subscriptions or platform charges will be identified in the project scope where applicable.
4. Review, delivery and changes
Deliverables are reviewed through the approval process stated in the proposal. Requests beyond agreed functionality, page count or design direction may be treated as a change request and quoted separately. Delivery occurs when the agreed work is made available for review, handover or launch.
5. Ownership and third-party services
After full payment, the client receives rights to the final bespoke deliverables specified in the agreement. Aurilia retains its pre-existing tools, methods, reusable components and know-how. Domains, hosting, plugins, APIs, email services and other external platforms remain subject to provider terms, availability and charges.
6. Search, automation and AI outcomes
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, citations, revenue, lead volumes or business outcomes. Search systems and third-party platforms change independently. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate; clients should review outputs before relying on them for material business, financial, legal or customer commitments.
7. Availability and liability
We take reasonable care with quality and security, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or eliminate all third-party outages, cyber incidents or misuse. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aurilia is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from a client’s use of a deliverable or third-party service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Cancellation and disputes
Either party should raise concerns promptly and try to resolve them in good faith. If a project is cancelled, completed work, reserved time and committed costs will be accounted for under the written agreement and applicable law. These terms are subject to applicable laws of Pakistan.
User Agreement
Acceptable use
You may use Aurilia deliverables for lawful business purposes. You must not use a website, app, AI agent or automation to impersonate others, send unlawful or deceptive communications, infringe rights, or access systems or data without permission.
Customer data and privacy
The client is responsible for having a lawful basis and required notices or permissions for customer data processed through its systems. Credentials should be shared securely. The client should restrict access to authorised team members and promptly report suspected compromise.
AI and automated communications
AI agents and automated messages should be configured with approved information and appropriate escalation paths. A human should review sensitive, high-impact or uncertain conversations. The client is responsible for the final policies, offers and representations communicated to its customers.
Materials and intellectual property
You confirm that materials supplied to Aurilia are owned or properly licensed. You are responsible for claims arising from materials you supply. Aurilia may display publicly released work in its portfolio unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
Refund Policy
Deposits and work already started
Deposits reserve studio capacity and may cover discovery, planning, design or development already performed. Once work begins, a deposit is generally not refundable except where the written agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
Cancellation review
If a client cancels, Aurilia will review completed work, reserved time and non-recoverable costs against payments received. Any remaining balance or refund will be handled according to the written project agreement and applicable law.
Corrections and scope changes
If a deliverable materially differs from the approved scope, contact us with details so we can review and, where appropriate, correct it within scope. New features, new content or a changed direction are scope changes and may incur additional fees.
Third-party charges
Domain, hosting, app-store, payment-provider, software and API charges are controlled by their providers and may be non-refundable under those providers’ terms. Such charges are not automatically refundable by Aurilia.
